Most Web sites fail for two reasons, and a lack of customer
focus is one of them. I've always excelled at putting myself
in the customer's shoes, and it's one of the reasons I've been
successful.

is? People have been developing Web sites like they are separate
from traditional
business. The web is a medium, not a destination -- and it's
the content and services that provide value.
